Let it Snow with Prickley Pear

Good morning, everyone! I hope all my American friends had a wonderful Thanksgiving! And now that Thanksgiving is in the past, it is time to focus on Christmas! My favorite time of the year! (Especially, now that I have escaped from the retail world!!)

Being that today is Monday, it is Prickley Pear day! I have decided to create a ornament for you today! It was fun, but did include some frustration!

I decided to make my first salt dough ornaments! And while most of them did not turn out (due to cracking during the drying process), I did manage to make this one:

I am in love! I will be trying this again! Once the dough was made and rolled out, I decided to grab a few stamps to make a design on the ornament. Swirls & Snowflakes was used on this snowman.

Doesn't it leave the most wonderful details in the clay!

Please stop by the Prickley Pear blog today to see more amazing projects from the design team! Still in need of some wonderful holiday stamps to work with? Check out the Prickley Pear store for a wide variety of stamps!

Thank you for stopping by today! Hope you have a wonderful day!

Supplies:
Prickley Pear - Swirls & Snowflakes
Salt Dough
Ribbon
