Mery & Bright

Happy Saturday, Pink & Main friends! It is raining day here in Texas. We are super glad that we got our holiday decorations up last weekend!

With holiday decorations on the mind, I thought it would be perfect to work with the Merry & Bright stamp set:

I stamped the adorable image onto white cardstock and colored in with Chameleon markers. The image is then cut out using the coordinating dies. The background of the card is created with the holly stamps from the Merry & Bright and Santa Mail stamp sets. The sentiment is stamped and embossed in white on a black strip. A very simple card to recreate!

Thank you for stopping and have a great day!

Pink & Main Cocoa Kisses

Hello, Pink & Main friends! I apologize for the late post today. It has been a little crazy here and I finally had time to sit down and write this post. I am excited to share today's card with you. And now I am craving some holiday cookies!

Today I am using the Cocoa Kisses and coordinating dies:

I fell in love with the different cookie stamps included in the set. I wanted to make a card that highlighted the images. I decided to use the no-line technique to color in the cookies. The cookies are stamped in a light brown distress ink. I colored in the cookie outline with the matching ink. I love that there are individual stamps to decorate the cookies. I used red, yellow, and green to decorate the top of the colors.

The stamp set also includes a fancy sentiment. I stamped this in green and used the matching dies to cut it out. At the last minute, I decided to add a fun gingerbread man. The image is stamped in a darker brown and colored in with distress inks. This image is also cut out using the matching die. I added a piece of twine as the final touch when assembling the card.

Pink & Main's Santa Paws

Happy Saturday, Pink & Main friends! Is it wrong to think of snow when it feels like 100 degrees outside? I could really use a break from this HOT summer heat!

Today, I am working the super cute Santa Paws stamp set and coordinating dies.

I decided to create a gift tag using the super adorable dog and snowman image. I stamped the image in black and colored it in with a variety of markers. The image is then cut out using the coordinating die. The banner image is completed in the same process. The tag is create using a die. The snowy ground is made using the Pink & Main Scalloped Waves die. The tag is finished off with some colorful twine.

Sneak Peak of Upcoming Pink & Main

Happy Saturday, Pink & Main friends! Happy last day of April! Can you believe that it is almost May? Meaning that there will be a new release of Pink & Main stamps!

Today, I am giving you a sneak peak of a new Magical Unicorns stamp set.

This card sounds CAS! I love the unicorn images from the set, I really wanted them to POP on the card. I stamped and colored in the unicorn and cut the image out.  I used a new stitched die and stamped cloud and stars onto the diecut. The diecut is attached to a fun print. The unicorn image is attached using a pop dot. A simple sentiment is stamped to finish the card.

Love Always & Forever

Happy Saturday, Pink & Main friends! Valentine's Day is next weekend...can you believe that?!? Pink & Main has some super cute word dies that fit perfectly with the holiday. So I am sharing a project with you today using the word die and the coordinating stamp set.

My task for the last week or so is purging/cleaning my craft area. During this process, I came across the glitter moon in the scrap pile. I thought it would be cute to use it on a card with a couple of birds in front of it. Then I remembered the birds from the Pink & Main Sweet Pair stamp set. I The birds are colored in with a variety of markers and cut out. The scene is put together with the 'starry' printed paper. The sentiment begins with the 'LOVE' word die and the rest is from the True Love stamp set. At first, I thought this would finish the card, but I felt the card needed a little extra of something. I decided to add a few heart diecuts.

Did you see this month's Pink & Main Challenge? It is all about LOVE! You can check out the details or submit your entry, HERE!

Thank you for stopping by today! Have a wonderful weekend! I am off to do some yard work today!

Today, I am working with the Go Bananas stamp set.

I created this CAS card using a simple printed paper, ribbon and the monkey image from the Go Bananas stamp set. The image is colored in with a variety of markers. The sentiment is stamped on a strip of satin ribbon. The ribbon is wrapped around the bottom of the card. The monkey is attached overlapping the ribbon.

All You Need Is Love

Happy Saturday, Pink & Main friends! I just got back from the CHA show and I had a blast! I even got to meet the sweet Pink & Main boss, Michelle, in person! She is amazing!

Have you seen the new January release? It is full of super fun images and a variety of stamp sets, including some fun word sets. The fun thing about the word sets...they come with their own matching word dies...INCLUDING a shadow die!!!

Today, I am working with the True Love stamp set.

I LOVE the kraft, red and white color combination. I wanted to give it a try on a Valentine card. When I saw the True Love stamp set, I knew this would be the perfect one to use the combo on. I gathered a few heart stamps from other Pink & Main stamp sets and stamped then in white, pink, and red inks. I wanted it to look like the hearts were falling, so I stamped the larger ones at the top and moved to the smaller hearts towards the bottom. I stamped the LOVE sentiment in white ink in the bottom right corner. It was a very simple card to create. Just be careful on stamping the hearts and not smear the ink from another heart.

Welcome Sweet Baby

Happy Saturday, Pink & Main friends! We are spending the weekend at the CHA Mega Show. We are sharing our January Release at the show! There are so many adorable sets coming out and we cannot wait to share them with you!

Today, I am sharing a card I made using the new Sweet Dreams Baby stamp set.

This boy on the moon image is too adorable! I wanted to make sure it was the star of the card. I used a few different markers to color in the image. Once the image is colored, I cut it out. I stamped the cloud images with white, along with the sentiment. I feel that the white really pops! The moon image is attached with foam dots.

I paired up a beautiful sentiment from the Pink & Main's Believe Script stamp set with a sparkling glitter cardstock. I really wanted the focus to be the glittery paper and the simple sentiment. To highlight the sentiment, I used a oval die to show off the wording.

Happy Saturday, Pink & Main friends! Can you believe that Christmas is next week?!?! The temperatures sure don't feel very Christmas-like!

I wanted to create a simple scene card using the Warm Holidays stamp set. I stamped a few images at the bottom of the card. The scene is colored with a variety of markers. The sentiment is added towards the top of the card to fill in the white space.

Pink & Main Birthday Girl Card

Happy Saturday, Pink & Main friends! We are having a birthday party tomorrow, so birthday theme projects have been on my mind. So I brought out the new Pink & Main Birthday Girl stamp set and coordinating die.

I picked out the festive birthday hat paper for the background of the square card. I colored the birthday girl image with colors to match the paper. Once the image was colored, I used the coordinating die and cut out the image. The girl is attached to the card with foam dots. The sentiment is stamped onto a pendant diecut.

Warm Winter Wishes

Happy Saturday, Pink & Main friends! I know that parts of the country have already seen snow. But down here along the Texas Gulf coast, we always hope to be able to see snow. At least hopefully one time per year. I personally, would love to see snow more often!

When I first saw the new stamp set, Grandma's Lace, I thought of snowflakes. So I decided to created a winter themed card using the stamp set.

I stamped the variety lace design with white ink on the bright blue cardstock. The sentiment is from the Scarlett stamp set and stamped onto a pendant diecut.  This is a very simple cardstock to create.

Pink and Main Baby Bear Card

Happy Saturday, Pink & Main friends! With the holidays around the corner, I am sure that you were expecting a festive project. With all the Fall/Holiday projects I have been making, I needed a break!

My cousin is expecting her first child in the next few days.  So today, I used Pink & Main's Animal Faces, Sweet Faces Set 1, and Little One stamp sets to create a fun baby card.

I used a pretty tan print paper and stamped the bear image. I also stamped the same image on pink paper, to paper-piece the bear's ears. I used some stitched rectangle dies to create the sign. The sentiment is from the Little One stamp set. I used a few different prints to form the layers to the card and attached to the teal card base.

Pink & Main Recipe Book

Happy Saturday, Pink & Main friends! With the holidays around the corner, that means baking season is too! I love to bake! And between my family and my husband's family, we have several different holiday cookies that we make every year! It is time to get them organized!

Using the new Pink & Main Baker stamp set, I create a little album to keep the recipes in one place!

I love to paper-piece with stamps! The large images in the Baker set make it very easy to use this technique. I stamped the images on different prints and cut them out. I attached them to create a small counter-top scene. At the bottom, I decided to stamp a couple sentiments from the Baker set. To fill in the empty space at the top, I used Thickers to label 'RECIPES'.  I included a few notecards inside the album.

Pink & Main Doughnuts!

Happy Saturday, Pink & Main friends! The November release is around the corner!

I broke out the watercolors to create a fun card using a new 'Free with $30 purchase' - Good Like That stamp set.

The donut image is stamped and embossed in white to create the background. The donuts are painted with watercolors. To fill in the empty spots, I stamped red hearts. The sentiment is from the new Baker stamp set. I curved the stamp to allow the words to wrap around the doughnut.  Even though it is time consuming to paint the donuts, this was a very simple and easy card to create!

Happy Halloween from Pink & Main

Happy Halloween, everyone! Hope you day is full of playful frights! I am excited to be on the Pink & Main blog today!

In spirit of today's spooky holiday, I am playing with Pink & Main's Best Witch stamp set!

I used marker to color in the witch image. After the image was colored in, I used the Best Witches coordinating dies to cut out the witch. I used printed sentiments to complete the card! It is a very simple card to recreate.

Are you ready for November? I know that we are at Pink & Main? Be on the look out for sneaks from the next release!

Have a safe (and creepy) Halloween!

Pink & Main Gingerbread

Happy Saturday, Pink & Main friends! I am running a little behind today! (Seems to be a trend for me...) But I am finally able to post today's project!

Today I am using the new Gingerbread stamp set and coordinating dies. The sentiment is from the new Hollydays stamp set.

I decided to take out my colored pencils to color in the gingerbread image today. Once the image is colored in, I used the coordinating die to cut the image out. The gingerbread is paired up with a sweet sentiment, stamped onto a strip of cardstock. I felt the card needed something else. I decided to add a few white sequins to the card.

There you have it, a CAS card perfect for that special person.

Pink & Main Winter Scarlett Card

Happy Saturday, Pink & Main friends! I am running a little behind today! But I am finally able to post today's project!

Today I am using the new Scarlett stamp set and coordinating dies. When I saw the name of this sweet girl, I insistently thought of using different shades of red. However, I recently saw a snowflake card and thoughts blues would be great.

Scarlet is stamped on white cardstock and cut out using the coordinating die. I colored the image with a variety of markers. To form the card, I simply stamped the sentiment onto the card. I randomly stamped snowflakes (from the Scarlett and Cocoa Cafe stamp sets). The girl is attached using a foam dot. To fill in some of the empty spaces, I used some white sequins.

Thank you for stopping by today! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Pink & Main Warm Holidays

Happy Saturday, Pink & Main friends! Today is the 10th, which means it is RELEASE DAY in the Pink & Main store! Hop on over to see the new stamp sets! They are pretty awesome!

Today, I am working with the new Warm Holiday stamp set and coordinating dies.

I really wanted to highlight the palm tree. To do so, I created the oval scene and placed on a solid white card. I had a piece of the patterned paper that had waves on one side and a light blue on the other side. I cut the oval in half and flipped over one side to create the water/sky. The palm tree is stamped on cardstock and colored in. Once I finished with the coloring, I lined up the die and cut the image out. The top of the oval was a little empty, so I decided to add the sun. The fun sentiment is stamped onto a banner diecut and added with a foam dot.

You Cast a Spell On Me

Happy Saturday, Pink & Main friends!

Who else is excited about Halloween? The decorations are coming out and the spooky motif is all around! With that in mind, I decided to showcase the Pink & Main's Witch House stamp set.

This was a very simple card to create. To start off, I randomly stamped the three bottle images across the cardstock. The images are stamped in black ink. To add color to the card, I flipped the clear stamps over and covered the back with the ink. After inking the stamp, I lined the stamp up with matching image and stamped. To fill in the empty spots, I add some orange circles (using the dot stamp from the Don't Worry stamp set). The sentiment is stamped in orange ink and added on foam dots.
